Azura Cruise

Clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and had a lovely freestanding bath. The pool area was beautiful and plenty of sunbeds. Happy Hour was great. We stayed 2 nights which I highly recommend, we had the most magical day out in the bay, visited a local village, swam in the bay and kayaked to a private beach was just beautiful. I will remember this this trip for a lifetime, wonderful memories made. Bao in the restaurant was brilliant and so helpful and friendly.

Le yatch est très très beau malheureusement il était indiqué qu’il y aurait la wifi hors il n’y avait aucune wifi à bord du bateau …

Le petit déjeuner est servi seulement pendant 30min de 7h à 7h30, aucune wifi alors qu’il était indiqué « wifi illimité « . Certains énormes bateaux viennent vous chercher alors que là vous prenez un petit bateau (moche) pour monter sur le yatch qui est posé en plein milieu de la baie halong (qui est magnifique je tiens à souligner). J’avais un régime alimentaire et j’avais informé en amont il a été pris en considération 1 repas sur 3 et surtout j’avais demandé un changement car la météo n’était vraiment pas au rendez vous (orage qui nous a forcé à prendre le bateau plus tard), l’installation au bord demandé la piscine n’a pas été mise, il a beaucoup plu nous n’avons pas pu profiter comme prévu etc . J’ai demandé un geste commercial et celui ci a été refusé .
