Location is in the heart of everything.
Communication using WhatsApp with Ksenia made checking in and following up effortless. I was comfortable in the apartment immediately. The furniture is lovely and carefully arranged to be welcoming and like home. I loved that the windows could be opened and there were working shutters for controlling sunlight and fresh air. The air conditioning works beautifully. The location faces 2 busy streets, streets that can get loud. I was impressed that just closing the windows shut out the noise. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is roomy, plenty of towels, great shower.

I originally had a bad experience with another place I booked — I arrived and couldn’t reach anyone, so I had to look for a new place at the last minute. Luckily, I found Milin Dom, and it completely turned my day around.
Just a couple of minutes after booking, the host contacted me and warmly welcomed me. When I arrived, everything was perfectly prepared and he made sure I felt comfortable from the start.
Throughout my stay, he kept checking in to make sure I had everything I needed, and even sent me a detailed list of the best spots in Split — from breakfast places to hidden gems around town. Every recommendation was spot on!
The apartment was clean, modern, and in a great location. The hospitality and attention to detail really made a big difference. I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism.
Highly recommended! I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Split.
