Good location for visiting my grandson, just 10min walk away.
Couldn't get the oven to work, only used rings and didn't have a toaster.

דירה שלמה לרשות השוהים. מצויידת במכונת כביסה שזה היה חשוב עבורנו. חדר שינה מרוווח ומיטה נוחה.
יש ציוד שמתאים גם למשפחה עם תינוק.
מטבח מאובזר ואפשר לבשל. יכול להתאים לשהות ארוכה.
הרצפה במקלחת מחוממת שזה מדהים!
הדירה נמצאת בבניין מיושן בשכונה לא יפה.
דירה ישנה עטופה בתפאורה, הריהוט, הרצפה והפאנלים נותנים הרגשה של שיפוץ זול.
ההנחיות לכניסה לא ממש ברורות וחובה להיות בקשר טלפוני רציף עם המארח בזמן הכניסה הראשונה לדירה.

Excellent. very clean and spacious apartment. Very warm too, felt like home. I would highly recommend it and if i am ever again in the city, it would be my choice for accomodation.

le confort et la propreté (excepté sous le canapé).
manque de maintenance du lieu qui pourrait être imputé au locataire. pour exemple: la douche est très bien mais le tube rigide n'est plus fixé au mur donc c'est fragile donc un mauvais mouvement peut entrainer une panne. il manque une fixation qui est prévue car il y a les trous et les chevilles. le volet roulant de la chambre est cassé. le meuble de la cuisine du lave linge est mal fixé et touche la porte du lave vaisselle. Poussières importantes sous le canapé. j'ai pu récupéré un badge du salon PORSCHE de 2023.
