About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in Münster, the smallest district of Stuttgart. It is located in a quiet residential area near the Neckar with a view of the vineyards.
The 3-room apartment is located in a 3rd family house on the 1st floor:
1st bedroom with double bed, 2nd bedroom with two single beds and a large wardrobe each. Delivery of cot possible.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a large couch, television, books and board games.
There are also two desks in the apartment.
In the bathroom there is a bathtub and the sink, the toilet is separate.
The kitchen with a large dining table for 6 people and a high chair is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, eating and drinking. Electrical kitchen appliances such as coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher, etc. are available.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or in the house. However, an ashtray is available in the courtyard for smoking guests.
We are happy to accommodate young adults in smaller groups of up to 7 people, but the apartment is not a party location and we ask for appropriate behavior.
There is no private parking space for the apartment. However, there are enough free parking spaces on the street in front of the house.
