Green Flow Ubud Villas

It was absolutely beautiful. Spacious, the pool was great and the staff are amazing. Every time you need anything just WhatsApp them and they’re at your door within 5 minutes with the requests. The nature around, very tranquil, ducks in the rice fields are funny to watch. It’s so peaceful and relaxing.

Could do with a few more cleaning up clothes and such and a drying rack, tea towel etc to be able to wash your own stuff. Some citronella candles would be a good addition if you stay in on a night as when you have the lights on it does attract bugs.

Location not great, had to get a grab or taxi to everything.

I never leave reviews but on this one I feel I have too. I came to ubud after an incredible stay in Uluwatu - I was wowed by the images online and booked immediately. The accommodation was clean, a wow moment when you walked in, esp the view, the beds super comfy and all the facilities you needed.

I tried to make contact a good few days before arriving as I had questions! I was told I didn’t even have a booking and responses were incredibly slow. Bali is crazy busy traffic wise so we left early and after many back and forth messages was told we could leave the luggage in the reception area! No explanation was given for the reception area and it’s not on the same row as the villas. I found this incredibly frustrating! The villa itself was amazing but when you book a room with a pool you hope that at some point during the day the sun would shine on the Loungers. No such luck! Which meant we spent no time just chilling at the villa. As the pool was freezing as it didn’t get any sunlight. The rooms are only cleaned if you request it. Which when you did was brilliant and extra towels extra were provided. I found the area way out of ubud - we had a scooter so we’re lucky, but if you don’t there is nothing around.
