A beautiful family-run hotel

We loved it! Rodrigo and his family run the hotel and they were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and they run a beautiful small hotel. Perfectly clean, modern, comfortable. Great breakfast. Tea, coffee, cake available all the time was a nice touch. Thank you so much for our stay. We don’t want to leave! 5-10 mins walk down to the beach and a few shops and restaurants.

Main centre of Paraty is about half an hour walk away, not a problem in day or evening (as two women we felt safe even in the dark in early evening), but if you don’t like walking maybe would need a taxi.

This hotel is a stand out for us. The Staff, Natalie and Rodriquez were on hand all the time. The hotel is absolutely spic and span. The complimentary Tea & Coffee are truly a great addition to their venue. The pool and the peace garden are also kept exceptionally well. Would definitely come back and highly recommend you to stay here. Thank You from the Lorraine & 5 Irish Spice Girls

Comfortable, family run, pousada!

This is a new family run hotel. It has delicious breakfast and the family that runs it is very helpful with anything you may need around the city. The beds are super comfortable and the showers were the best we had in Brazil! My family was very happy and would stay here in again in a heatbeat.

If you dont have your own car or are not prepared to take a taxi then it is a little far from old town- about 30 minute walk that includes a hill. Just something to take into consideration.

A charming, family-run pousada where the hosts will treat you like one of their own.

We loved our stay at Pousada Mirante do Sol! The property was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The breakfast was absolutely AMAZING. My partner and I looked forward to it every morning. The hammock and swimming pool were such a bonus, giving us the perfect way to relax after exploring beautiful Paraty. Highly recommend Pousada Mirante do Sol.

Atendimento da família que são proprietários, pousada nova, café da manhã excelente. E o maior diferencial é que eles possuem gerador, na semana da minha hospedagem estava tendo muita queda de energia.
