An excellent pousada! Spotlessly clean, extensive breakfast, plunge pool, modern rooms and very friendly owners and staff. We had a great time, it’s a 15 min walk into the main tourist area and the same to the quieter lovely Jabaquara beach. Would definitely recommended.

Antes de contratar, verifiquei os comentários e percebi que havia várias reclamações sobre o atendimento na recepção. Pensei que pudesse ser exagero e, mesmo assim, decidi contratar, apesar da quantidade de avaliações negativas. Infelizmente, minha experiência foi semelhante. Não gostei da recepção: tive a impressão de que estavam nos atendendo como se estivessem fazendo um favor. Se eu mesmo não tivesse desejado “bom dia”, provavelmente nem teria recebido cumprimento. A recepcionista demonstrava mau humor e pouca disposição para responder às nossas perguntas. Superado esse primeiro momento, fomos para o quarto e encontramos outro problema: o ar-condicionado estava com mau contato na fiação, sendo necessário chamar alguém para mexer nos fios para que voltasse a funcionar. Talvez tivesse sido melhor não funcionar, pois era antigo e extremamente barulhento, lembrando uma britadeira. Felizmente, havia um ventilador de teto que ajudou a amenizar a situação. O colchão era muito mole, a ponto de o corpo afundar e ficar em um “buraco”. Já o café da manhã era extremamente simples; pelo valor pago na diária, esperávamos algo melhor. Soma-se a isso tudo a claridade do quarto que recebia a iluminação externa e a cortina que não servia pra escurecer. Parecia que estávamos em meio ao sol do meio dia. Em resumo, só recomendo essa pousada se o preço estiver realmente muito atrativo. Particularmente, na próxima vez, pretendo buscar outras opções.

Um bom custo-benefício próximo ao Centro para quem está de carro.

O custo benefício da pousada é muito bom. Não há luxo, porém tudo é bem limpo e arrumadinho. O café da manhã é direitinho, com algumas opções de pães, bolos, queijo, presunto e ovo. Em alguns dias havia uma coisinha ou outra diferente que gostamos, uma espécie de pão de queijo artesanal, tapioca, etc. A pousada fica bem perto do Centro, a cerca de 10 minutos de carro. Daria até para ir andando, mas como estávamos com nossos dois filhos, optamos sempre pelo carro. A maioria das pessoas que nos atenderam na recepção foram simpáticas, especialmente o Caleb.

O quarto é bem simples, sem luxo, mas não é um problema pois as camas eram boas e o banheiro direitinho. Tivemos um pouco de alergia, não sei se ao travesseiro ou às cobertas, vale a pousada cuidar disso. Tivemos que tomar antialérgicos todos os dias, mas isso não foi um problema maior. No geral, gostamos da pousada, uma opção acessível e que entregou uma boa estadia. O que mais poderia melhorar é a simpatia das meninas que cuidam do café da manhã.

Fiquei no quarto 201. Que me fez reservar esta pousada foi por acertar pets. Acomodações poderiam ser melhores, colchão mole, janela com black out pessima qualidade entrando claridade, porta do banheiro lascadas… Fiquei 3 dias e não solicitei limpeza, mas no checkin senti piso com areia… Área externa precisa manutenção urgente, água piscina precisa aspiração … Café da manhã razoável, mas alguns dias chega a ser sem graça, nada de novidade… Enfim, pousada precisa passar por uma reforminha. Localização consegue ir caminhando uns 15/20min até o centro histórico…

Colchão mole, blackout péssima qualidade no quarto, área externa sem manutenção.

Tem potencial para melhorar bastante

A localização da pousada até o centro histórico de Paraty, é ótima! Dá para ir andando, o que dispensa gastos com estacionamento. O café da manhã é simples mas bom e o pessoal do whatsapp é muito educado e responde rápido.

Chegamos tarde (como avisado previamente a gerência por whatsapp), havia um rapaz na recepção que me deu a ficha cadastral e a chave do quarto. Só falou sobre o horário do café da manhã porque eu perguntei. Depois de dois dias de estadia, descobrimos sozinhos que só limpavam o quarto se deixássemos a chave na recepção (ninguém informou previamente). O quarto era no térreo, espaçoso e com banheiro muito amplo, mas a cama estava bastante abaulada devido o uso. Além disso, todas as noites ouvíamos os outros hóspedes falando alto e tarde da noite (teve dia que ficaram conversando até 01:30 da manhã, atrapalhando nosso sono). A gerência poderiam colocar regras de silêncio, com avisos espalhados, além de comunicação verbal no check-in. Saímos muito cedo no último dia para evitar trânsito, a recepção estava toda desligada e com portas fechadas (disseram que era 24h) e não tinha nenhuma informação ou telefone para contato com a gerência. Após perder 30 minutos, vimos só depois que o rapaz estava dormindo dentro da recepção. Ele acordou, pegou a chave e só. Ainda perguntei se faria alguma vistoria no quarto e o mesmo disse que não. Ainda tivemos que abrir e fechar o portão, nem essa cordialidade pudemos contar. Há potencial para melhorar, é só querer e investir!

Gostamos muito da pousada, lugar limpo, tranquilo e silencioso. O anfitrião Clodoaldo André é excelente, muito educado e atencioso com os hóspedes. Café da manhã bem gostosinho. A equipe que faz o café e as camareiras são maravilhosas. Super indicamos está pousada.

A falta de flexibilidade, pois nosso ônibus de volta pra casa iria sair às 13:40 da rodoviária de Paraty e, não foi possível ficar mais 30 minutinhos na hospedagem, sendo que muitos quartos estavam desocupados.

Então... vou começar pelo atendimento, péssimo. Atendente sem nenhuma simpatia e grosseiro nas respostas. Quarto aconchegante, porém sem cobertor para casal. Wi-fi sem sinal. Café da manhã péssimo, o café frio e totalmente diferente das fotos. Poderiam melhorar nessa questão, pois a estrutura tem tuda para dar certo. Fiquem com Deus
