Great place, wonderful host, good time.

The owner (Chey) was very accommodating and nice. We arrived much later than we planned and he was there to greet us and check us in. Check in and check out were flawless. The room was nice and had a balcony with a hammock. The breakfast was simple but good quality and tasty, and the people were friendly and helpful. The location is awesome! It is very close to Praia do Pontal, and a similarly short walk to the historic centre of Paraty. It's a perfect location -- close enough to allow convenient walking access to everything, but far enough away from the busyness of downtown that it is very quiet.

We booked a room with two twin beds. We got a room that had one large (King??) bed and one very narrow single bed (like one bunk bed). I didn't say anything because I didn't remember for sure what was booked until I could get home and check the confirmation. Anyway, not a big deal ... just mentioning that it's always good to know what you booked.

Very friendly owner with helpful and efficient information. A good general value for the low price.

The breakfast was very limited, with no staff around so people would simply get into the kitchen (!) I saw by coincidence that the inside of a storeroom in the hotel was very dirty (but rooms are very fine). I could not get an iron, which is a classic shortcoming of small hotels ;-)

Unfortunately the hotel is a little abandoned. It hasn't been repainted or renovated in a long time. It's a shame because I've been going since 2012 and I realize that it's not what it used to be

Beautiful place

Great place, such a vibe. The rooms are really nice, comfortable, clean, with aircon, terrace with hammock, tv with netflix, good wifi, hot shower and nice design. Staff is really friendly and they do speak english at the reception. Location is perfect, just a 3min walk to Praia do Pontal or 10min to the city center.

You need to let them know the check-in time before, cause they are not there all the time.

Beautiful jungle at the restaurant- small monkey came for banana , everywhere in common area beautiful tropical plants and flowers, great staff helping with locating best spots to visit around , great balcony view (on upper level)

Despite it was written somewhere in hotel description or reviews, absence of eggs for breakfast was disappointing, especially given the fact that Brazilian breakfasts mainly consist of bread-like stuff, which we tend not to eat at all.

Todo nos encantó. La atención de Gean fue impecable, el desayuno súper completo, la cama enorme y muy cómoda,, las vistas hermosas, súper limpio y acogedor. Desayunamos mirando a una familia de monitos cruzar por el patio. Muy lindo.

L’emplacement proche du centre historique tout en étant légèrement en retrait (et en hauteur) qui lui confère une jolie vue sur la ville et l’océan. Mention spéciale pour les Ouistiti que vous pouvez voir l’après-midi dans le jardin.

Quarto aconchegante.

Tive um desprazer que se eu soubesse antes da reserva eu não o teria feito . Agendei um passeio de barco às 10:00 no dia do meu checkin e precisava apenas deixar as malas e a moto no local da pousada. E eles me disseram que não seria possível visto a pousada não ter recepcionista , somente na hora do checkin as 15h . Eu tive que ligar para a empresa do meu passeio e a empresa me recebeu em outra pousada e me deixaram trocar de roupa , guardar as malas e até tomar um banho após o passeio se eu quisesse . Isso me deixou bastante chateada porque a pousada tinha uma pessoa para colocar o café da manhã e ela poderia recebesse caso tivesse uma empatia da pousada com hóspedes .
