The very friendly and helpful caretaker/manager who even , fuss free, found me a duplicate key when I thought I'd lost the original. The balcony was large. A good sized main room with a good sized setee and table to dine on. It was spotlessly clean.
The stairs are steep especially if you have luggage. There is no air con. A little too far away from the main tourist area.

Het dakterras, de bedden waren goed, het was schoon. Het personeel stond meteen paraat en reageerde direct en positief op vragen. We konden een uurtje eerder inchecken en onze bagage op de laatste dag in de middag ophalen zodat we in de ochtend nog de stad in konden om onze laatste punten af te vinken.
De WiFi was slecht/niet bestaand. En standaard lag er voor iedere gast slechts 1 grote handdoek. We hebben er direct voor iedereen 1 extra gevraagd en gekregen. Het lag boven in een oud pand, we moesten niet denken aan wat de escape zou zijn bij brand want 2 verdiepingen met de trap (geen lift). Er was dus goed schoongemaakt echter de afwerking van b.v. de achterwand in de keuken was zeer slecht waardoor meer kans op vuilophopingen en 1 slaapkamer en badkamer hadden niet echt een raam naar buiten toe.

L’appartement est spacieux , il est très bien situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville, la terrasse est très agréable.

location was good. Many shops nearby
We found cockroaches every day, inside apartment where no WiFi, it was cold (we had radiators, but it was no great help also, in terrace, we had no light. in corridors it stinked pretty bad. In toilette only cold water game in sink.
