A localização é boa, camas confortáveis, claro que sendo um edifício mais antigo não tinha elevador e as escadas eram pequenas, mas estava tudo limpo e os funcionários muito simpáticos
Não tinha ar condicionado e os quartos ficavam muito quentes, funcionários não sabiam falar português.

Amplo, vários quartos e casas de banho. Muito prático para famílias
Acesso um pouco difícil. Muitas escadas no prédio e sem local para estacionar o carro perto. Cheiro intenso

Wir waren in der Kälte des Dezembers für eine Nacht dort. Im Sommer ist die Wohnung bestimmt super, vor allem angesichts der Dachterasse. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Gesamtatmosphäre insbesondere des Innenhofs erinnerte uns an sehr unsere Asienreisen.
Parken im öffentlichen Raum ist dort nicht zu empfehlen. Unserem Auto wurde direkt vor dem Haus parkend eine Scheibe eingeschlagen. Das hat sicherlich auch einen Einfluß auf den Gesamteindruck den die Nacht in der Wohnung hinterlassen hat. Die Nutzung eines Parkhauses ist also dringend zu empfehlen. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist sehr gut.
