L'accoglienza del proprietario è stata accogliente e si è reso molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa noi avessimo bisogno. L'appartamento è provvisto di tutto, lo scarico della doccia un pochino lento ma non molto,facendo la doccia NON si allagava in giro come avevo letto nelle varie recensioni. Sarebbe da migliorare un pochino la pulizia nel dettaglio (piastrelle) per il resto va bene. Ci vorrebbero delle tende alle finestre, perché bella idea delle tende oscuranti per la notte ma durante il giorno no. Comodi sia il letto matrimoniale che il divano letto. Armadi puliti e non con muffa!(come letto in alcune recensioni) A piedi (vicino)si possono raggiungere tante piazze.Molti negozi vicini di ogni genere. Ci sono fermate della metropolitana vicine.

Il vialetto ed il cortile frequentato SOLO PER PASSAGGIO da persone un po strane,non ci hanno mai fatto nulla. La vista dalla casa non era proprio bella,dava sul cortile esterno accessibile a tutti perché senza chiavi o codici

Location is very central Can walk to most of the tourist spots. There are a lot of food choices nearby for groceries or international food court. Subway and bus line nearby. 20 min to the airport. Room has necessities for pots and bowls and washer. AC and WiFi works. The property manager was very responsive in WhatsApp to answer questions and responsive.

Don’t feel very safe. There are homeless people walking around and jumping into the fence and asking for cigarettes in the building court yard during the day even though there is a gate which is often left unlocked. We were advised not to go out after 10pm and lock the gate , building door at all time. We had a hard time to open the building door with the key. The building lock and door are beat up and need a special technique to pull up to unlock. First time took us 10 Minutes to open. The shower door leaks. We found out after the first person went showering, the shower mat became socking wet even the shower door was closed. TV remote doesn’t work and we can manually turn on the android TV but can’t see any channel. There are 4 floors and each floor has a flat . Stairs are Narrow and very steep . Hard if you have big heavy luggage or mobility issue.
