Appartamento ampio. Ottima qualità prezzo. C'era tutto in necessario per una mini vacanza in famiglia. Supermercati vicini. Vicino al centro.

Sarebbe il caso di sostituire le porte, soprattutto quella di ingresso. Un po di rumore quando i vicini passavano. Zona non bellissima da girare di sera però non ho mai avuto problemi.

Good size and very clean in quiet street.

The odour from the bathrooms, I guess that’s general issue with old buildings in Lisbon and the old drainage system.

The apartment has two bathrooms. In one of them there was a very bad smell although the bathroom and the toilet were very clean.

The bedrooms and bed are decent

- Smells of sewers coming from the bathroom. - extractions in both bathrooms are loud and useless. The sewer smell will still linger when they are on. - linen was stained. - kitchenware was dirty with bits of dry food stuck everywhere. - be careful when booking. Part of the apartment (living room and kitchen) we stayed in was so dark. - the “cute little terrace” on the pictures is actually at the bottom of a pit. There is little sunlight coming in the living room. The pictures are deceiving. - it’s the little attention that stick with you usually. There was a coffee machine without a single coffee cap on arrival. - walls are paper fine, be ready to hear your upstairs neighbours. - some mold can be spotted here and there on the walls - the person taking care of customer support was apologetic but completely unhelpful on all the problems that were raised. She offered no help, no solution whatsoever. - the owner is a business renting some or all units in the building. Much of their processes are automated, which is fine, when done well. But it was not the case
