I was genuinely impressed with how comfortable and well-organized everything was during my time here. The space is beautifully designed, spotless from top to bottom, and the bed was incredibly cozy after a long day of walking around. Also, being in such a convenient location made a massive difference because it allowed me to get around easily without wasting any time on logistics.

There is honestly not a single bad thing to say about this property or the way the stay went. The check-in process was very straightforward, all the facilities worked perfectly, and the host was always incredibly responsive whenever I reached out. It is rare to find a place that ticks every single box so smoothly and leaves you with absolutely zero complaints.

The property was clean, bright, and in a good location. It was pretty close to a bunch of shops and restaurants, and also Ubers were able to easily get to it. The staff were also super helpful and accessible.

The shower doesn’t really have a door so water got everywhere when used, there was barely any toilet paper to use, there were no trash liners in the bin, and the towels were quite thin and poor quality.

The metro was very close, which was convenient, but the surroundings didn’t feel very safe.

In the evening it was loud and a bit scary, and there was no soap or shower gel in the bathroom

L'appartamento si trova a pochi minuti a piedi da Piazza Muniz quindi comoda per metro, stazione e anche tram 28( è uno dei due capolinea). Le dimensioni dell'appartamento,la cucina e il bagno sono comodi per due persone. Essendo al 2 piano e disponendo di molte finestre è luminoso e fresco,non abbiamo praticamente mai dovuto usare il climatizzatore che comunque era presente e funzionante.

La gestione. All'arrivo ,all'orario di chek-in indicato dalla struttura ossia le 15, entrando abbiamo trovato l'appartamento non ancora ripulito dopo l'uso dei precedenti affittuari. Abbiamo dovuto scrivere ed è stato mandato del personale ma nel mentre ,a parte poter lasciare le nostre valigie ,siamo dovuti rimanere due ore fuori. Alle 17 ho dovuto scrivere per sapere se fosse possibile rientrare e la persona di servizio era ancora dentro. La pulizia è stata sommaria. Hanno cambiato la biancheria del letto ma non avevano le federe e non le hanno mai più portate nonostante abbia scritto più e più volte. Gli asciugamani del bagno erano macchiati. Ho scritto la sera stessa ma nonostante mille rassicurazioni via messaggio che ci avrebbero portato un cambio,non è mai stato fatto. Preciso che siamo rimasti 5 notti quindi tempo ne avrebbero avuto per migliorare la situazione. Inoltre il wifi non ha mai funzionato e nonostante molteplici conversazioni ,il problema non è mai stato risolto.
