My Lisbon Flat

This property gives you a feel and a taste of what it would be like to live in Lisbon. It is halfway up the slope toward Castelo de São Jorge, or Saint George's Castle so the streets are sloped, winding, and often one-way narrow roads or alleys. This apartment is on the 4th floor and has a balcony that is at the roofline of the building across from it so you have a great view looking out at the hillside and up toward Gardens of Graca and a Church on the hill. The apartment itself is good but feels original and authentic. It is well kept but you can tell it is not modern.

Needs better chairs and furniture. I understand that it is difficult to get large furniture up the winding stairs to the fourth floor but plastic lawn/ stackable chairs are not good around the kitchen table. Everytime I sat in them the legs slid on the hardwood floor and the chair felt like it was going to break. Same thing with the "Couch." It was more like a foam fold up mattress for a camper and you are basically sitting 8 inches off of the floor.

It is clean, convenient to the city centre and in a good safe area.
