The property is in a bad shape and very poor equipped. Luckily another apartment was available to move to, which was a good move.
It’s not in a very nice neighbourhood and in about 50 m a bar opened which continues longer then advised. Also very bad sound isolated , so you hear every sound.

Great location
The flat was really damp and dark. Not so inviting to stay in.

location is very good, close by subway, tram, bus. also close by restaurants and little shops. you can easily walk to Rossio
It smells pretty bad. It looks like the pictures but it is very old and very basic. The noise opposite the alley is very bad during the day because of reconstruction. The house is noisy, when the neighbours upstairs are at home, you can hear them walk.
