Casa Da Severa Apartments

Location is very good and especially if you like to have an authentic experience, this is your choice. It's an old, multicultural neighborhood where Santos Populares is celebrated in June. However, be prepared to loud music in the evenings, especially on the weekends at least in June. I liked it but if you are looking for silence then you should find another place.

Great location, good communication from owner, quiet at night with windows closed, had everything required, very good price.

Apartment was very small, especially the bathroom.

Prima, klein maar schoon appartement

Location was good, easy walk to public transport. Air conditioning. Good online and phone communication from host.

We arrived during early evening and was difficult to locate correct door to apartment as a celebration/festival was in progress and tables were set up outside and around corner of apartment, a lot of people milling around and dancing - ended up calling host. A picture of the door and the doors either side may have helped. Stayed 7 nights in JUNE (festival month) - the formation of tables, dance areas changed every night and there was music, singing, dancing to early morning (0100 - 0230). Three portaloos (portable toilets) were set up just outside apartment window adding to noise and traffic.
