The apartment itself is wonderful — bright, very cozy, and clean. It had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay: a spotless shower, a bathtub, perfect plumbing, fresh bed linen, two comfortable beds, and a sofa. The building's entrance is also clean and neat. The location is excellent — very close to the main square and key historical sites, which is super convenient for sightseeing. The condition inside the apartment is a solid 10 out of 10. However, there is one major downside — the courtyard you have to walk through to get into the apartment. It looks rather messy and dirty, but worse, very strange and sketchy people gather there, making it feel genuinely scary to walk through in the evening.

O meio peca muito, s comunidade e os drogados não ajuda muito, chega a dar medo entrar de madrugada, o fumo do cigarro que abafa os apartamentos.
