-Ottima posizione per spostarsi -appartamento completo di tutto l’occorrente per soggiorni anche lunghi -ottime forniture iniziali per prima colazione ecc.. -host disponibili -bottiglia di vino compresa nel soggiorno molto apprezzata -vicinanza a supermercati e servizi essenziali

-zona un po’ “ruvida” , non pericolosa, ma ruvida -odore forte sulle scale di fognatura, ma nell’appartamento per fortuna non si sentiva - frigo leggermente piccolo per lunghi soggiorni

Great location and well equipped kitchen,very friendly and helpful host.

L’appartement est très fonctionnel, très bien équipé. L’arrivée a été fluide avec l’hôte. Très bien pour quelques jours à Lisbonne, si vous souhaitez cuisiner aussi quelques repas.

La salle de bain: rien pour poser la serviette /vêtements, le papier caché dans le placard, et la cuvette de wc fêlée. Le quartier n’est pas très bien fréquenté mais le petit commerce au coin de la rue ouvert tard est rassurant.

Dirty in many areas, damp, and like a train cabin than an apartment. I had to kill a large roach once. The water tank and freezer can make loud noises at night. The photos of the apartment look much better than the place itself. Not recommended for families with children; perhaps suitable for a cheap, short stay, but the price is too high. To get the keys, I had to provide a lot of detailed personal information upon arrival in Lisbon, I’ve only encountered this level of detail here.
