Vila Intendente - Apartamento 2 Quartos

Very easy to get in and the hotel left us video instruction of where to go. The apartment was in an excellent location and the receptionists on the phone were extremely helpful and kind! Facilities were good and when the wifi didn't work they helped us immediately to fix the problem.

While the apartment was relatively clean, smaller things like under the bed had not been cleaned in a while, there was also a sanitary pad wrapper left behind the spare blankets in the wardrobe, very high up which fell down. We didn't recieve instruction on what to do with the bins, we were there for five days and didn't have housekeeping so I would have preferred to know where to take the bins out. Also, one of the headboards in the twin room was loose and kept falling down.

The properties were easy to access in a very lively area.

The AC in the living room was noisy in the apartment we stayed in. Maybe something is loose.

Good location, nice and bright. Very communicative.

The pool was filthy. We paid extra to have accommodation with pool access but I wasn’t brave enough to go in because of how dirty it was. None of the inside doors of the apartment shut properly, especially the bathrooms doors. No towel hooks in the bathrooms so we just had to pile up towels. 1 AC remote for the whole apartment
