100% Lisbon

Un soggiorno davvero eccellente a Lisbona. L’alloggio era molto bello, curato, pulito e accogliente, in una posizione ottima per visitare la città e vivere l’atmosfera autentica di Lisbona. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host, sempre estremamente gentile, disponibile e attento ad ogni esigenza. Comunicazione impeccabile, grande cortesia e sincera ospitalità che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chi desidera trascorrere qualche giorno a Lisbona con comfort, tranquillità e un’accoglienza davvero rara. Grazie di cuore per questa bellissima esperienza!

The facilities were very good. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the large balcony windows were very pleasant. There is also a large terrace/patio just outside the kitchen door.

My only concern about this property was that we were required to pay the municipal taxes in cash at a rate of four euros per person per night. We were therefore required to pay 32€ in cash for our 4day stay. My receipt from Booking.com clearly stated that all taxes and fees had been paid as a part of my booking cost. I had paid the booking cost upfront before showing up at the property. I made a complaint to Booking.com about this unexpected payment of an additional tax. When Booking.com questioned the owner, he told them I had never been charged an extra €32 and that instead he had charged me €36 for having an additional person that I had not reported. This was an outright lie as we booked the apartment as a couple, two persons, and at no time did we have anyone else in the property with us. This was a very disappointing thing to come after such a nice stay.

Ich fand die Lage super, schnell in der Stadt. Küche war gut ausgestattet, die Wohnung war charmant, ich weiss nicht wie es mit mehren Leuten ist, da diese andern Zimmer kein Fenster nach aussen haben, aber Alleine oder zu zweit ist es super. Ich mochte das Bett, ich fand es sehr bequem. Mir war es wichtig, in einer Wohnung zu sein mit etwas Bewegungsraum und eigenem Bad. Das hat es voll erfüllt. Ich hatte angerufen bei Ankunft und kurz danach kam jemand für die Schlüsselübergabe an. Das hat also auch gepasst.

Die Strasse ist wirklich sehr laut. ich kann nicht mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen - also geht es nur mit Ohropax/Ohrstöpseln. Das ging dann aber für mich sehr gut.
