It was clean and tidy and had most things we needed great shower and parking and good check in
One of the chairs was top heavy and kept falling over, there was only one bedside table and no drawers for underwear etc and no shelf in bathroom to put any of our toiletries and room was a bit small

Great location, right in the centre - plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Lovely helpful and accommodating staff - a very simple stay.
Some aspects felt a little tired and in need of refurbishment.

For Portsmouth this was a reasonable price - but Portsmouth is expensive and overall have stayed in nicer places for the same cost in other areas of UK. Had a bathtub.
By a busy road, not accessible, window is very low, so young child could easily fall out, not cheap for what it is.

Clean and good communication.
Unfortunately it was very noisy with other guests coming and going until 2am. The sound proofing was poor and I got little sleep. The key boxes were on the other side of the wall on which the bed’s headrest was and so every time someone accessed their keys the noise woke me up along with doors slamming.
