It was nice and clean. Good value for money. Nice house and room.
It was a little confusing to find as it says francis avenue, however the front door is on the side of the house so sort of down the road next to Francis Avenue. But it didn't take us long to find it. Our taxi dropped us abit further down the road which didnt help.

The location is fairly okay, easy to find, and accessible. The place and environment too was fairly quite, and that was good.
The washroom needs to be well kept tidy. The toilet needs to be fixed ASAP. It wasn't comfortable at all using the toilet and the bath, and something needs to be done about that. The radiators in the room didn't seem to work, despite attempts to get them on. The property owner/manager kept sending SMS but replies couldn't go through to him, and I wondered why it was so.
