We were staying at Q8 for The Great South Run and the staff at Q8 could not have been more helpful! I emailed in advance to see if there would be a fridge available to keep our breakfast to have before the run and they responded within an hour to confirm they would sort this for us and we could use the fridge in the lounge area. On the day of the run the weather was awful so we asked if there was anyone coming into our room and if not whether we could pop back for a shower after the run before we made our car journey back. Again they couldn’t have been more helpful and let us use the room which made such a difference to us when we were tired and wet.
I really can’t thank the staff at Q8 enough - they really made a big difference to our stay and would definately stay again. Thank you!
