Location, staff, cleanliness
NOT the hotel’s fault, but my bedroom window was located out the back. Next door neighbours were in their hot tub and very VERY loud until 3am.

The property is in a lovely great area. It’s very close to restaurants and the park.
The room was clean and the bathroom was big and spacious.
The room was exceptionally hot.
There was no air conditioning.
2 table fans had been placed in the room but this did nothing to cool the room down. I had to sit in the lobby during the night to try and cool down a little. It made sleeping impossible. There was no blind at one of the large windows which also meant there was no privacy from the street view.
