Overall, it's good but a mixed bag in some aspects.
Staff were excellent, room was comfortable but needed some tlc...cracked vanity mirror/mould marks on shower room ceiling/shower head needs limescale cleaning/one set of guest towels not put out.
Breakfast was excellent quality, dinner was also good quality, at "top end pub" prices. Very small bar, bottled beers only. Definitely worth paying for reserved parking spaces as local streets are very narrow and very busy. Good location for both Southsea town and seafront. Overall, a positive experience and would definitely consider again!

Booked last minute and it was a real treat! The stuff was lovely the room turned out to be a 2 bedroom flat (without the kitchen!) Ive never had a vegan burrito for breakfast but I would have it again! Location very convenient to reach the seafront and the bus stop and parking was relatively easy to find
