Great location….lots of lovely bars, cafes and restaurants in the area. Nice walk to Gunwharf or short bus trip. Clean and tidy and friendly helpful host.

Not the property’s fault, but finding a parking space in this area is not easy - probably easier midweek.

The hotel was well placed and the price reasonable.
Our stay was affected by extremely hot weather and our room was on the top floor. We brought our own fan as there is no A/C but it was unbearable and the window had a restraint on it. We left at 7.30am to get out of the extreme heat. Facilities are limited. There are no staff on site. The room was simple but clean, the bathroom cramped and basic. There is only one parking space and although parking permits are available for guests we never found a vacant permit space. I think the offer of a permit is a tad misleading. You will pay for on street parking nearby;the good news is that from 6.00pm to 8.00am the next day is not charged.
It served our purpose but we would not book again.
