lovely main rooms, reception, bar area, reception etc. nicely styled and in keeping with the historic building. excellent location and parking was good.
parts of the hotel were dated, no aircon on a hot day, the lifts are small and very hot along with our room. We couldn't open our bedroom window very wide, it was restricted opening so our room became like a sauna resulting in us not sleeping ver well. the fan provided in the room was not very good either so it did not cool us down much at all.

The ambiance and the historical nature of the property made everything extra special.
There was no air-conditioning, but we survived. The room was huge with three beds, wonderful windows. Nothing was lacking.

Good size room for a single room. The bed could have been a bit bigger but good stay otherwise.
Sometimes the water was cold but it was during a heatwave.
