Comfortable beds, and clean, but wouldn't be good for anyone who had mobility issues - tight squeeze in bathroom and negotiating around the room

Food wasn't great

Bed was comfortable.

Room overlooked main road so it was very noisy at night. Also, room was by lift so I was affected by the noise of other guests coming and going.

It’s very convenience. It only take few minutes to the station.

The staff were very helpful and the bar food was pretty good. Breakfast average but acceptable.

The room was quite cramped for two people and the bathroom ridiculously so. It was also very hot. The air conditioning unit didn't work and apparently none of the rooms have functioning air conditioning. In addition, the windows had a stupid cable which restricted opening to about three inches, exacerbating the heating problem. When we asked for a key to release the cable we were told it wasn't possible "for health and safety reasons." If I'm going to hurl myself off a high place, I can find better venues than the window of an Ibis hotel, thanks! Ridiculous. At the price, it was pretty insulting, despite the staff doing their best to provide a decent service. You have great staff Ibis, and a terrible head office!
