EXCELLENT VALUE.
Very quirky,comfortable and clean room with a good shower. I loved the area. 18mins walk from Fratton train station. I walked to Southsea and Portsmouth. Albert Road has interesting antique shops, a theatre and many reasonably priced restaurants and takeaways to choose from. The Co-op is accross the road. Check in was very smooth with a manual door code. No worrying about computers going down.
As a solo female traveller I felt safe.

The location, the cleanliness, the communication with the property... The location and nearby shops pubs etc were good. About a 15 or so minute bus journey from the main bus station, bus number 2 I think...
It was a cheap and cheerful booking, perfectly located however and quite easy to find. The room was small, the kitchen area tired and the 'cafe' downstairs closed... I was pleased I wasn't staying longer, but all in all OK for one night...
