The room was clean and decor in good. It was air-conditioned but stopped during the night, there was a window but it was locked shut so not a great nights sleep. If these hotels want to save on electric please let us open a window. We wouldn't stay in the summer months due to this reason alone. Convenient for parking, shopping and eating and good value for money.

Air con didnt work. Apparently expedia should have notified us. Windows were screwed shut. Hotel is in a great location for gunwharf but definitely needs some work doing as tired and bathroom smells.

The room was lovely and the correct size for us. The beds were so comfortable and had the best nights sleep in a long time! Pillows were good too! The staff were lovely and really helpful. Breakfast was amazing! Loads to choose from and tasted fresh and delicious. We didn’t use parking facilities as we came by train, perfect location for all the shops and eateries and great for transport links. 5 mins walk to the train station. We had a great time and would definitely return here.
