Very close to Fratton train station. The room was a good size very clean. Very good value for the price.
The bed was quite uncomfortable and there was a very strong smell of cannabis as you come into the property (outside room 1), probably just a problem with one guest I hope.

The room was comfortable and well presented. The garden was lovely and a really nice bonus. The location was great, very close to local amenities which made everything convenient.

there were some noisy guests in rooms one and four which disturbed my sleep. Apart from that, everything was fine.

It had a bed
It was not clean, the tv was thick with dust.
People were having parties in there at all times of the night. The washing machine didn’t work and there is only one door key for everyone to share and it’s constantly being taken, so you have to bang the door for some other guest to let you in.
