Convenient location for Trains and Bus. Several takeaways/shops nearby.
The entry hall carpet smelt of dogs.
The single bathroom needed some TLC, several items reported to the agents, including Shower fittings loose.

Everyone leaves this place bad reviews but for the price its really good and I will be staying here again shortly I really liked the amenities and the location (close to asda fratton, bus to town and southsea and north end nearby) its good for the money dont let the other reviews fool you
Wifi extender would be nice to upstairs as my room had no Internet

Rooms were clean and convenient location
Didn't receive the code to get to the property and once there room were occupied - AI agent gave the code to enter rooms already with someone in ! Got move to another house nearby and problem got sorted pretty quickly, however at other property few issues - door room didnt open with he keys so had to go to smaller room and no blinds or curtain on the window.
