Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Room was quite basic but well situated for the rail station.,
Room was a bit small and cramped. Only one chair for two people. Didn't find the 'common room' with the promised microwave until we were leaving, as the door was not labelled as such.

It’s perfectly located! The price is perfect for the location, Gunwharf, which is a very nice, safe and convenient location. Train/ coach station near by along with a mall, restaurants… The restaurant staff is lovely! The room is very comfortable and has a nice view. The kitchen is equipped with everything!
People should be aware that it’s right in front of the train station, which makes it a noisy area, especially at night with summer train hours. Also, there aren’t many choices in the breakfast buffet but, if you’re staying shortly it doesn’t matter. The housekeeper didn’t show up the last day and we came back after a long day outside, tired, to an unorganized room with trash bins still full and no toilet paper.

Reception staff were very courteous and super helpful.
The bed was really comfortable and we had a really good night's sleep.
The shower was good.
Car park was only £5 and it was locked overnight so we felt that our car was safe.
Great location for local attractions, shops and transport hub.
Could have been cleaner - kettle was covered in dust so we didn't feel comfortable using it.
Short walk from check-in location to the actual property but it was fine.
