Great location, friendly staff and good breakfast. Room was clean and had plenty of coffee and milk sachets
Only mirror was behind toilet. Plug for hairdryer and straightener was by tv so had to get ready for afternoon out without a mirror. Makeup was applied by straddling over toilet 😂 no plugs by bed nor lamps. Tv had no signal and bed was pushed against wall, which was so soft I nearly fell out every time my daughter rolled over.

Room was good, bed not super comfortable but fine for one night. Nice bathroom (although slight damp smell to begin with). Location is amazing from Portsmouth Harbour and for any isle of wight ferries.
Trains can get loud so be aware. We had breakfast included but I wouldn’t recommend paying the price yourself- quite expensive for what we got/ the quality.
