Great apartment location but some things need to be fixed up inside.
Communication with host Lisa was very good. She replied to questions via Booking.com fast and also supplied her phone number to call or leaver a message. The location of the apartment is perfect to explore Schwetzingen center city. It is less than 10 minutes walk away from the castle and the central restaurant area. The apartment is quite large and contains laundry/dryer machine. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment was in very clean condition when we arrived.
Even the apartment is very convenient for center city walks, it is very noisy when windows are flipped open. The apartment is on the first floor (Erdgeschoss) which makes it impossible to leave windows open when not at home since pedestrians walk by closely. We stayed there in May, and the apartment was already too warm when the windows remain closed. No AC or fan is available. The apartment advertises a dishwasher, but this unit is still disconnected or not working (as it was mentioned in another earlier review, too). The master bedroom mattresses are too soft to sleep well. The shower door in the bathroom is missing which leads to lots of water splashing out of the shower cabin - we needed to use towels in front of the shower cabin to avoid that the floor around toilet and vanity gets wet. The washer/dryer unit doesn't dry wet laundry fully - we needed to hang clothes on a supplied hanger to get them dry. At our arrival, we found the rolled towels on our bed and in the bathroom still very moist (we washed them again). We were surprised to hear before arrival there is additional daily charge for parking (10 Euro). This should be better disclosed in the apartment description - for the daily apartment charge, this should be automatically included.

Ongezellig, maar wel vlakbij altstad
Ligging vlakbij de mooie altstad en div. restaurants en winkels, helaas wel aan een drukke weg. Goede bakker dichtbij. Bushalte en station ook dichtbij. Grote ruimte.
Niet erg schoon. De vuile kopjes stonden nog in de (losse) mini vaatwasser. (Afvoerslang hiervan ging vanaf een kastje ernaast door een keukenkastje.) Voor ik servies en bestek ging gebruiken heb ik het eerst afgewassen. Rommelig, vooral in de badkamer. Douchekoppen moeten nodig worden ontkalkt, afvoer is slecht. Met een water stofzuiger de badkamer weer droogmaken. Uitzicht ene kant op een drukke weg, waardoor ramen niet open kunnen, en iedereen loopt er vlak langs. Andere kant uitzicht op de afvalcontainers vlak onder het raam van de binnenplaats. Alles muren waren erg wit en kaal en felle plafond verlichting, geen schemerlampen of dimmer, nogal ongezellig. Een van de (klem) bedlampjes bleef amper vastzitten. Geen kast in de slaapkamer, die stond in de keuken. Geen kapstok. Prijs-kwaliteit klopt niet.

Der Empfang und die Besitzerin war sehr nett die Wohnung war bei Ankunft sauber Betten gepflegt Küche war gut ausgestattet mit Kochtöpfen Messergabel. Alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut man ist fußläufig überall hingekommen.
Die Wohnung ist eine Erdgeschosswohnung. Leider kann man nicht zu allen Tageszeiten das Fenster öffnen, nicht desto trotz war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Ich würde aber empfehlen, eine Klimaanlage zu installieren.

Perfekte Lage und ein Appartment mit guter Ausstattung und vielen Möglichkeiten.
Perfekte Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Schloss. Sogar das Bellamar (Schwimmbad mit Sauna) war fußläufig erreichbar. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Auto wird nicht benötigt, wir sind mit der Bahn angereist. Wir hatten einen großen Tisch für Gesellschaftsspiele.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super! - Super zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Sie ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin hat auf Wünsche sofort geantwortet und diese prompt erfüllt, das hab ich so noch nie erlebt - toll!!!
