Ilka is very supportive and current with communication. The apartment is roomy and clean.

Great location & parking, small fridge/freezer, blackout shutters,and good wifi and value for money, helpful and flexible hosts.

It was quite hot, and although there was a room air-conditioner, it was a bit weak for the conditions of the day.

Clean and spacious

Very clean and spacious. Good location. Supermarkets a few minutes walk away. Very friendly hosts. We were a group of 7 (a family of 5 and grandparents). The grandparents stayed in an apartment with a separate bedroom, kitchen and a huge bathroom with a large bathtub and a great shower, but no direct garden access. There was a door between the 2 apartments that could be unlocked so it was basically like one large apartment.

I didn't realise that the bedrooms of the 2-bedroom apartment would not be separated from other parts of the apartment - one bed was in the living room and the other bed was "in" the kitchen. Which was not ideal when you had kids sleeping in both parts. Very thin walls - partying or love making, you hear everything. Fragile things in the apartment, statues in the garden and no fence around the pool - could be a bit stressful with the kids.

Great apartments in good location

Quiet street close to where we needed to be, and close to Heidelberg, tram, shops/supermarkets etc. Beds were comfy the street was quiet, free parking - all good.

Could do with more kitchen equipment. Need some more hooks for towels to dry them.

Wonderful host, very helpful. Apartments are fully equipped and very spacious. Quiet area very close to the center of the city by car, and if you require any shopping places, you can even walk by them!

Very comfortable stay in Heidelberg area

Villaci Business Apartments is a great and comfortable stay in the Heidelberg area. It's about 7 km south of the Heidelberg Old Town. You can go to there by car or Strassenbahn (which is around the corner) in about 20 min. The nice thing of Villaci is that the Apartments are very spacious. Also, there is a pool and a very nice garden, where you can relax and have a drink. There is an outside fridge where you can store your own drinks. There is also BBQ equipment, that you can use on request. We specifically liked the owners, who were very friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The Apartments are on walking distance of the Leimen city center, where there is a nice central square and several restaurants in the surrounding. Also, Leimen is a good starting point to explore other parts of that region, like Schwetzingen or Speyer.

You need to take care of your own breakfast, but that was not so difficult as there are supermarkets and a bakery close by.

Muy grande las habitaciones y el lugar en general muy ordenado y espacioso. Ilka y Steve muy atentos y coordiales.

Se sentía un poco de ruido de otras habitaciones, pero nada serio.
