The charming and comfortable little flat is located in the ground floor and has a separate entry. It’s 45m² and has been recently renovated and newly furnished in its entirety. The apartment has a large and bright main room with parquet flooring, which includes a kitchen and dining area as well as a living and sleeping area with both a double bed and a sleeping couch. There a small hall towards the entrance as well as a bathroom with a bath tub. The flat is comfortably and lovingly furnished with wooden furniture. The beds are made of high-quality natural material and very comfortable. All dishes and bedsheets are provided. The beautiful kitchen is completely equipped (sink, dishwasher, hotplates, oven and refrigerator). There is a large TV in the living space as well as a DSL connection. The apartment is nonsmoking. Pets are not allowed. Our guests are free to access the courtyard, which is covered with flowers and vines during summer. This includes a small, covered smoking area.
The beautiful and quiet apartment is located in the seminar house Szenario, which regularly hosts yoga classes and seminars. We also have another holiday apartment as well as a production site for puppet theatre. The apartment is particularly suitable for couples or single travelers. There is a garage right next to the apartment which can be rented as an additional storeroom for long term stays.

The house with its attentive and friendly atmosphere is located in a beautiful and quiet side street in the center of Leimen, 2km away from Heidelberg. Stops for public means of transportation as well as a number of good restaurants, bars and cafes, bakeries and other shopping possibilities are reachable in a few walking minutes. A near nature park and the vineyards invite to relaxation in peaceful nature.
Very good, consistent traffic connection. The tram (23) between Leimen and Heidelberg drives every 10 minutes on working days and brings you to the Bismarck-square – town center of Heidelberg – within 20 minutes.
15 minutes away from the highway (A5 Schwetzingen/Leimen).

Leimen
Our house is situated in one of the most beautiful environments of Germany. Only 2km away from Heidelberg and 15km away from Mannheim, Leimen lies in the heart of the Kurpfalz (oldest roman viticultural region) and especially distinguishes itself by the warm climate and the interesting and pleasant environments.
With its many sports grounds and extensive woodlands along the Rhine plains, Leimen offers a high leisure-activity value. The center of Leimen contains many shops and restaurants.
