Hello, my family is going through a really absurd situation with the Heidelberg lodging owner. After we checked out, they kept complaining to us who were traveling about the size of a finger mark on the wall. We're never sure what the mark is. Of course, it could be a mark that we made by mistake. But how can you ruin our trip like this? How can you really ruin a trip like this with a small mark that looks like a simple eraseable mark? Even when we checked in, the owner didn't come, so we checked in two hours later than expected, but we didn't complain. However, they said it was my fault that they sent a message unilaterally and came at 5 p.m. and didn't check the message. It is also said that people in the same building were noisy because they were uncomfortable with the sound of stairs going up and down the stairs. We all fell asleep after 10 p.m. without making any noise, and we only slept after traveling outside all day. It's so absurd. How can you run such an accommodation?? Even now, I have to come to Nuremberg and take the next trip, but I'm so frustrated and angry. I couldn't go on a trip all afternoon and spent all my time fighting with Heidelberg's landlord in my room. Who can take responsibility for all this??? I want fair compensation.

A very cozy and pleasant stay

The hosts are extremely nice and it is a great value for money. it is very cozy and feels like home. It is also very clean. Will definitely recommend.

Might need better ventilation in hot days when we visited (it was 37•C)

The price, the direct bus to the station and the city center.

I arrived a bit before midnight but I couldn't reach the owner by phone. I don't have mobile internet and it seems he only tried to communicate by email.. After some time a lady who did stay there too came and she contacted the owner and l could enter.

Very friendly host. Nice location for our stay. Stove, kettle, fridge, sink, dishes all available. Big plus!

The pillows were uncomfortable. Very hard for me to get comfortable. The bed was a bit stiff. I don't like sharing private health information. This should not be a part of renting a room.

Nice host and easy to stay (near Heidelberg)

The check-in and checkout was super easy. The host is very friendly and he responded well to the messages. The apartment is nice and the room is big for the stay. The place is not far from the Heidelberg city. Definitely worth to stay 😊 The host also gave us the tip to park the car for free.

El lugar estuvo bien, lo de intento de desalojo MUY MAL.

La ubicación cerca a los bosques

Viaje por un tema de salud de mi hija. mi hija estuvo internada en el hospital luego Ella tuvo que quedarse conmigo en el hospedaje. Lamentablemente no le avise al dueño. El dueño me envio mensajes de terror sobre desalojo y llamar a policía. Yo no sabia del aviso. Pero el me intento desalojarnos a las 8 de la noche. Solo era que me diga que debí pagarle 40 euros adicionales por noche. Fue una experiencia terrible, tuve mucho miedo fue una experiencia horrible. No podía imaginarme que me desalojen estando en un país extranjero y con mi hija enferma. Afortunadamente acepto que no fue mi intención engañarlo y luego de pagar 40 euros por día, mi hija se quedo 5 noches conmigo. Adjunto los pantallazos de los mensajes
