Spacious city center appartement with free parking

It's a real shame that an apartment with such a great location and potential is in such a deplorable state. Our stay in Innsbruck turned into an unpleasant and disappointing experience mainly for three unacceptable reasons: * Non-Existent Service and Attention: The owner's indifference was absolute. We booked and paid for 8 people only to find that there were not enough clean sheets for everyone. As if that weren't enough, the extra mattresses we had to use were visibly dirty. We immediately contacted the owner to request a solution and we never received any response. It is unacceptable to leave guests who have paid for the full service in such a situation. * Non-Existent Cleanliness: The general state of cleanliness was simply unacceptable. We found accumulated dust, leftovers from previous guests, and a general feeling of filth that made us feel very uncomfortable from the first minute. This is not just a matter of aesthetics, but of basic hygiene. The situation was such that, despite having a kitchen, we didn't dare to use it, which forced us to eat all our meals out. * Abandoned Maintenance (Indoors and Outdoors): The apartment shows clear signs of neglect. Inside, there were burnt-out lightbulbs, furniture in poor condition, and items that didn't work. This neglect extends to the exterior: the area was dirty, the vegetation was completely overgrown, and there was no nighttime lighting, which created a sense of abandonment and insecurity. We had a wonderful stay! The rental is in a fantastic location—right in Wilten, with great shops, cafes, and restaurants just steps away. It’s the perfect distance from Innsbruck’s city center: close enough to walk, but still in a quiet, charming neighborhood. We also loved how easy it was to get to the Bergisel Ski Jump—just a short trip. The apartment was comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore Innsbruck with convenience and local charm!

Larger apt but there was a cigarette left in the tub prior to our check in. The bathroom door to the shower room would not close as it was swollen with moisture. The bathroom lighting was not complete with exposed wiring. This apt needs some additional work. Parking was fantastic and the apt was in a nice quiet area.

The only thing bringing the score higher than one star is that the location is quite good, and the space itself is not inherently bad. That said, here are the cons: 1 - I had to remind them to give me instructions on how to enter the space 2 - Upon entry, all the windows were open and so there were quite a few weird bugs in there 3 - although there is a washer/dryer, there isn’t any soap (or directions on where to get it 4 - there were 4 towels for the four of us, all of them smelled of mildew. 5 - the majority of the doors would not latch shut, including the room with the shower 6 - the shower had no curtain 7 - the sheets had myriad visible stains on them. One appeared to be a sweat stain, another a blood stain, among others. These sheets may have been “clean” but who knows… 8 - the place was just generally unclean 9 - when contacting the owner about all of these things, all I got in response was crickets. Never once did they reply to any of my concerns. This place was inordinately expensive to stay for what we got. If this was a €150/night place I’d shrug and say I got what I paid for, but this was pretty unacceptable given what I was paying. My kids were with me and it was just embarrassing. If you don’t mind any of the above, go for it! Great location.
