Needs some love care and attention to make it more hospitable!

Proximity to marina promenade. Staff in building absolutely amazing in assisting me with all problems. Pool also lovely

Concrete box with very little tlc! No water in fridge coffee or anything that someone might need on arrival. One very tired frying pan and utensils that need to be thrown out! Water heater burst and flooded bathroom so no shower. Ceiling collapsing in bathroom . Stay away from this one

Terrible experience with poor customer service

Location

There’s was old milk in the fridge, the bed sheets have blood on them, wifi network didn’t work, actually is not existent based on room given guidance. Reception wasn’t informed by the room company about my arrival and they haven’t responded to reception calls.

It’s a dirty terrible apartments !!!

Good location, about a 15-minute walk to JBR Beach.

As soon as we moved into the apartment, we immediately noticed the strong smell and how dirty it was. The toilet was dirty with yellow stains, the shower cabin was in terrible condition, and there was a huge mold stain on the ceiling. The floor was so filthy that it felt unpleasant to walk on it without socks. We reported this to the host right away. He told us that cleaning would be done the next day, but in reality the cleaner just wiped the floor and that’s it. Nothing changed. For two people, the apartment had only one spoon, one fork, and one glass. We had to message the host again and ask for another set. The stove and the oven didn’t work either. We rented the apartment expecting to be able to cook, but the stove was broken, and once again we had to write to the host. The next day the staff fixed it, but the impression was already ruined! We came on vacation, not to spend every day messaging the host that something doesn’t work or that we need another cup just to simply have tea together. Overall, if you don’t want to ruin your holiday, I do not recommend booking this apartment (or rather, this dump).

Disappointing!

The location was ok and it had a parking space

On arrival the water heater hadn’t been turned on so no hot water. Only one towel and the shower head was broken so the water didn’t come out properly. No hairdryer anyway so couldn’t wash hair. Single duvet on a double bed and marks on the spare duvet. Told the contact and someone brought a towel but nothing else was sorted. Not spotlessly clean. No bag in the bin and rubbish under the bed. View is of the car park not the marina.

Dangerously dirty AC, suffocating air, terrible staff

After 1st night I started to feel suffocated because AC was very dirty- I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t sleep 2nd night as on summer you can’t open a window either, and booked another apartment, but had still 4 nights paid. Staff didn’t provide any refund even partially- but published unit online as available on my booked dates. Apartment is not equipped- no gas, no microwave oven, no cups to have a tea even. Staff located in India- all numbers are Indian and you can’t call them and speak. They don’t care about anything better stay away- they do very dirty business here.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the property. From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Peaceful and a great view.

I recently stayed in thus property with a marina view and it was an incredible experience. The room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony that let in lots of light and offered a gorgeous view of the marina. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the boats go by.The bed was really comfortable and the room had everything I needed,strong Wi-Fi and a clean,modern bathroom.The swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights. It was well maintained and there was a really chill vibe around the pool area.Overall, the hotel is such a peaceful place and everything just felt so well taken care of and this place is perfect for a relaxing getaway.
