Perfect stay.

Everything was as expected - perfect! Everyone was very welcoming (from the Doorman, reception staff to the Bell Boy etc) had a smile on their faces and a greeting. Special mention must be made for reception staff, Bhagya who went out of his way to explain everything with regard to the room, facilities etc and ensured that my stay was without any issues.

Second time I’ve stayed here probably my last

Fantastic location easy access to metro station and mall right next door

On arrival I was a little early to check in and was told my room wasn’t ready yet which was fine and I went for a walk to pass time , I went back to reception sat and waited for a while until one of the staff asked me if everything was okay , I said I was waiting for my room to be ready , he went and checked and waved me over, the girl on reception who told me it wasn’t ready yet then said it had been ready for over an hour and just laughed. The hotel advertises that they show the live football games on the rooftop area what they don’t tell you is that they close the bar at halftime and close up or don’t even show it all , the very large tv is absolutely awful and keeps going off ( think you need a new Ariel) my room when it was cleaned properly was great (rubbish bags left ) but didn’t get cleaned until nearly 4pm most days. The young lady who works on the little coffee shop Monday to Friday is absolutely fantastic so pleasant and a wonderful smile everyday without fail.

Perfect location; modern and welcoming.

The hotel is in a perfect location: the metro is on the opposite side of the road, allowing you to go around Dubai without any problem. Plus, it is next to a mall, so there is a possibility to do shopping or buy basic stuff at the supermarket. The Hotel is modern, clean, and offers different services, such as a big international breakfast, 24/7 room service, and a beautiful pool. The staff was very kind and accommodated all my requests.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Stay at Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai I had a wonderful stay at the Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always happy to help and making the experience feel truly personal. The food was another highlight — the variety was impressive and everything I tried was absolutely delicious. Combined with the hotel’s comfort, cleanliness, and great overall atmosphere, it made my stay in Dubai even more enjoyable. I would happily return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city

food and beverage when i arrive i order food and deliver fast . good service on.time i went to pool and also the bar are good i order food and drinks was good service i order again in the night in the room service and more food and also deliver on time i had breakfast buffet area in the morning and staff are good especially thanks to naoumi

there are tissue box but empty i try to call house keeping no answer in the night after taking shower i notice we dont have also toothbrush to use i call again house keeping no answer . i get it only in the morning after having breaksfast because i saw the house keeping in the hall way staff are good and freiend but they need to pay attention on this amenities .

I really like the location; it's very close to all transportation hubs, including bus and metro train stations, as well as the mall, allowing me to explore various dining options for dinner. The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast choices, including Asian, European, and definitely Indian and Middle Eastern cuisines. Last but not least, as a Muslim, I have the opportunity to walk 1.3 km to the mosque for salah/ pray.

The receptionist called me twice for checking out even though I had extended my stay at this hotel, this shows that she is not careful in reading hotel guests and made me not confortable.

The hotel location, cleanliness, it was cozy, the design is unique. So tidy, accessible to mall, to metro, to lots of restaurant.

Prayer mat in my room, smells bad. It feels like someone has used it and didn’t clean. But overall, services are good. Highly recommended!

Placement of Breakfast table near the door leading to the pool area, it was such a disturbance for the people sitting as strong Hot wind was gushing in also every now and then the door was being opened affecting the temperature. The smoking area should be moved away from the near this door to little far away place and a rea should be designated only for smokers.

Location is superb, it has a large mall, metro and bus stops within 50 meters radius. Marina is a very easy ride. Room is modern, clean and very nice Ben at reception was nice and welcoming, did a free late check out

Outstanding Stay- Exceptional Service from Bhagya and Marvin

Had a wonderful experience at Avani Hotel Dubai staff was accomodating and attentive. The room were spotless and they replenish the amenites daily without requesting it. Special mention to bhagya and marvin who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable and amazing. They both made me feel right at home. Highly recomended and I will visit again soon

Very good breakfast, nice room, nice pool nice bar. There is free parking available. The Ibn Battuta mall is next door and the metro and bus station a few steps from the hotel. There is a free shuttle to Kite beach.
