Rated 4 stars overall as the staff member on reception who greeted us upon arrival was unfortunately not welcoming and was dismissive. It took a lot of prompting just to get a response. It seemed apparent that he didn't like being asked questions nor did he want to be at the reception desk which we understand can be stressful at times of high traffic. The questions asked were basic ones around hotel services on offer, breakfast availability (which was part of our booking). Each time we saw this staff member his behaviour didnt change even when he made eye contact and we greeted him- it wasn't returned. The overall check-in experience was pretty poor because of this. It's important to have staff greet travellers appropriately and share information with them in a welcoming and warm way, especially those who've travelled so far- it can make all the difference. On the contrary, the rest of the staff including concierge and door staff, especially Sundeep Singh, were most helpful, respectful, and went out of their way to support with anything with a warm smile. The other ladies and another tall man at the reception desks were also very welcoming and said hello/Good Morning etc. The bathrooms in the lobby were a bit with no tissue one cubicle. The rooms were kept spotless, and the female cleaning staff member was very kind, and helpful. The restaurant was nice with a basic range of items. Not many pure vegetarian options as hot meals for the price, but pastries were delicious.

It was a very pleasant stay and the property is well located near the Mall. Staff were excellent including the vallet services. You have to time your stay. My daughters did get a few bites on their legs from bugs but I can't say for sure it was the room. I too got them, but the sheets were changed as soonbas we requested.

Breakfast buffet had Indian food along with huge variety of Western and local cuisine. Food is yummy. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Service was excellent. Connectivity via ibn battuta bus and metro station is convenient and fast for travelling around Dubai. Had a great stay and highly recommend.

Beautiful location, staff were super friendly made our stay comfortable and relaxing.. thanks to Mr Kamara for the wonderful welcome and smooth check in.. massive thanks to Hilda for your exceptional hospitality.. Hotel offers free shuttle bus to the Kite beach which is the cleanest i am told and yes it is .. The bus driver was super lovely literally gave us a tour, guide on what activities we could do..thanks to the team

We very much liked the location everything we wanted and need was easily accessible. The hotel was very clean and smelt wonderful, the staff were very accommodating and helpful. My only disappointment was that there was no mini fridge in room like you have in most hotel rooms. We overcame that. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I was so exhausted and a guy was complaining at the check-in. Because I had to wait a long, he upgraded my room and gave me a discounted breakfast. This sort of customer service will make me return. He went above and beyond. I was able to rest well and eat well. The room was amazingly comfortable and all customer service interactions exceeded my expectations.

I lost my wallet at the hotel, but security Jahangir managed to find it within an hour. I am very gratefull. Thank you so much The check in officer - I have forgotten her name - was efficient and helpful. But nice hotel with good facilities and staff. We were surpriset in a positive way. Nice heated pool with a bar. And of course the hotel is right next to Ibn Battuta Mall and the metro. We will be back

It’s a lovely 4 star hotel with clean comfortable rooms and great pool area. Transportation links and a huge mall next door to the property adds a significant value. My only recommendation, make the B’fast buffet appealing. It was my only disappointment. I would certainly stay here again.
