to get my room its took me more than half an hour that I arrived 3:30pm and room was not ready and car parking rule is very strange that they get 100AED deposit but they have no document for that they let me to wait additional time too

Excellent experience staying in this hotel and witness manju hard working and respectful attitude

Manju as I observe is very helpful...........................hard working and very respectful I will highly recommend her to my coworker as a good person........the room cleaning including all maintenance along with bedsheet change if needed considering the hygiene n wellbeing. Only issue is they need to improve floor smell of cooking

Really like Chelsea Garden hotel management and supporting staff

I had a truly wonderful stay at Chelsea gardens hotels and apartments. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and professional. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. A special thank-you to the room service team—(Manju) was especially kind and efficient. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. It made my stay feel extra relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning! Except Old furniture & Cooking Smell on floor everything was excellent

We had a spacious one-bedroom apartment with stunning view, fully furnished kitchen with quality equipment, rooms with standard furniture with quality bedding. All amenities are available, cutlery, dishes etc. at guests' convenience. Staff was very professional and friendly - special mention for Manjuma/Virendera. Plenty of option around - restaurants, shisha cafes.

The room was spacious, very comfortable, and had everything I needed. What really blew me away though was the view, waking up right from the bed was just perfect. Great location and very convenient. Best Housekeeping Service! Incredibly clean rooms and so warm

The place is really great! The rooms are very clean. Every day everything is refilled and cleaned. Water is also free. Manjuma HK and Khusnuma - Front Office took so good care of our room and made sure everything was tip top, they definitely deserve a shout-out! We are wishfully happy and will definitely come back. Absolute recommendation.
