We booked this stay because we needed to attend an important event in Discovery Gardens. We were very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the facility, the speed of service, and the politeness of the staff. From the concierge and front desk to housekeeping, engineering, and restaurant staff—everyone was incredibly efficient, courteous, and always smiling. Everything we requested was promptly provided. We have stayed in many hotels around the world and have traveled extensively for both work and leisure. We generally don’t leave reviews; however, this was our first stay at an apartment hotel, and we truly felt it deserved one. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need: all amenities, toiletries, fresh linen, plenty of towels, pans and pots, dinnerware, good cutlery, a washing machine, everything needed for ironing, and ample storage space. They also offer one-day laundry service. If you need anything, simply dial “0,” and within 2–3 minutes you will receive what you asked for—amazingly fast, with no need for follow-ups or reminders. The concierge was especially kind and helpful; he would even book taxis for guests using his own phone or go outside to get a cab himself. The hotel restaurant, Rasam, serves classic Indian dishes, and the breakfast buffet also includes some Western options. The location is very convenient. The metro station is about a 7–8 minute walk away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, salons, health clinics, and other shops nearby. Ibn Battuta Mall is a 15-minute walk or just two short metro stops away. Dubai International Airport (DXB) is approximately one hour away by train, which is very convenient. We would like to thank all the staff for making our stay so comfortable. With just a few minor upgrades, this property could easily move into a higher star category, as you are a dedicated team of wonderful people providing excellent customer service.
