Nice property but problematic having no way to contact owners and as a result would not stay again
Great location and room was lovely.
Heating did not work properly. We emailed the owner, then phoned and left a voicemail, but received no response whatsoever and no one came to fix it. No owner/staff on site. Not ideal when travelling with two young children.

Single traveller
Room was good for a single traveller. Warm and the bed was comfortable, coffee maker was good. Situated in the town with a couple minutes to all shops and bars
Room 3 shower was not very powerful, acceptable but not great. Little bit of external noise from the pub courtyard outside the window, but not enough to bea major problem

Clean and tidy room. Bed was comfy and perfect for the nights stay. Right in the centre of Ballater so great for dinner etc. Good information on area and surroundings sent by owner.
