Great location. Comfy little place, neat and tidy, just right for a couple.
Toilet/shower room ventilation needs upgraded with a larger size fan. Fan not working all the time iether. Strange plumbing of sink tap, you have to turn it fully onto high pressures to get hot water and down again for cold, usually other way about. Floor floods too much, even for a Wetroom.
