the location on the edge of Ballater was perfect for accessing the village and local walks. the room was spacious and comfortable with a king size bed. Adam and Anna were very helpful, the common areas were comfortable and well appointed. breakfast was generous and delicious. Their restaurant recommendations were spot on. I highly recommend this guest house if you are staying in the Ballater area

A lovely property in a great area. We had the garden room which was very spacious and triple aspect. The breakfast in the morning was very special with various homemade preserves etc

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. A 15 to 20 walk into the town, where we enjoyed a nice meal and a beer or two. Breakfast was great! The communal area very nice, enjoyed a nice glass of wine in the lounge on our return from the town. Plenty of parking.
