The garden and location.
Lighting in the kitchen/dining area was poor and no bedside lamps!

The cottage is both beautiful & spacious with everything you could ever need & more.
The location is fabulous, well within walking distance 2 the town & its many shops, cafes & pubs but far enough to be nice & quiet š
Carole was absolutely brilliant, she kept in touch & was very kind š
What's not to like, great location, very comfortable accommodation, lovely enclosed garden for fur babies & relaxing š

We loved the location. Perfect for a short walk into town and also perfectly placed to reach Balmoral, Braemar and other locations for walking and hiking.
It was also very quiet which was great for our dogs as one of our dogs is very anxious and can be triggered by loud, unfamiliar noise.
The bathroom off the bedroom was very small and the shower not particularly powerful. The tiles were also in need of a regrout. The wc at the front of the cottage didnāt flush very well.
Would also benefit from a washer dryer as we got soaked while out walking and couldnāt really wash/dry our clothes.
