Location was excellent, very quiet yet ideally located for all of Ballater's amenities and great base for walking from the door. . Comfortable beds, good showers, spacious kitchen, Smart TV and good WiFi. Great to have private driveway and enclosed garden .
The cottage was good value for money and this is reflected by some of the furnishings (ikea lounge chairs, kitchen curtains needing repair) that may need to be updated in the near future, but these did not take away from its comfort.

We really loved the location and how comfortable and cozy the cottage is! It's also very close to all amenities in Ballater . We would definitely use this cottage again!!

Location, open fire and enclosed garden
Mould in the bathroom ceilings, bed sheets not ironed - ABSOLUTE NO - tumble dryer in wardrobe - why? and musty damp dog smell, not enough crockery and much of the oven baking trays need replacing, as does the carpet and vile plastic sheet over the dining table
