Exceptionally clean and spotless, host friendly and helpful. Property has everything needed for a short stay, conveniently located with a 2 minute walk to centre square.

Cosy cottage, great location in ballater. Lovely things to see and do
The bed wasn’t the comfiest however we still had a lovely time and this didn’t matter!

Didnt help they turned off the heating at 7pm in the middle of winter and the electric heater didnt work, it was freezing!
