Fab week in Ballater with our dog & a. Comfortable stay. Would book again

The location. Enclosed garden for the dog. Spacious open plan living area. It didn’t detract us from the property but would have liked to have seen a measuring jug & some mixing bowls.

The only minor matter was that it was overlooked.

I know the Highland games were on that week but over £2K for 7 nights was a bit rich. But a nice cottage.

location very central, the property was a good size with ample parking and garden.

it is a bit noisy as no floor coverings down but can understand why.

Sadly we were there when huge storms took the power so we had no heat or lights on and off for 3 days.no fault whatsoever of the property owners.

The setting - short walk from the village/ amenities Plus the scenery

The shared pathway for next doors to access their back door This too is a holiday rental & the new occupants left the communal gate open on their arrival to pick up the key - Had my dog been out or let out he could have escaped Wasn’t an issue after that because “ they “‘used their front door

We found our stay very relaxing, enjoyed every moment in this beautiful holiday home.

The house was wonderful, it had everything we needed for our stay. It was furnished very well and was very comfortable and warm. We loved the location, the village was beautiful and very quite. It was a very relaxing stay, we have already booked our next stay there. Looking forward to returning.
