Contact was timely and accurate, the apartment was very clean and the facilities provided were excellent.

Lovely apartment & very well situated. The rooms are a good size, with an ensuite & a very large 2nd bathroom. The living room & kitchen are big & a good size to relax in. The couches need some padding added, but they are usable. The bed was comfy. Note that the apartment is on the 1st floor & no lift, but the stairs aren't really steep. The apartment is literally 1 minute from the town centre, so no need to drive to the restaurants or bars. We highly recommend the Clachan Grill and the Alexandra Hotel Bar - both directly opposite the apartment. Ballater is a lovely little town with lots of shops & restaurants/bars, plus it's close for going to Balmoral. Good communication with the owners which was appreciated. Would recommend this apartment.

We couldn't get the dryer to work (even after finding the instructions) which was a bit frustrating, as there was no clothes-horse, but they eventually dried.

Very comfortable had everything you needed to self cater. Great location, out of the premises and walk straight into Ballater town centre. Plenty of of cafes and eating places

Nothing not to like

Decor all a bit tired. Sofas in lounge old and dated. Not very comfortable and one had a large stain on one cushion. Beds too soft and pillows too thin
