35 Seconds Away From the Main Street, Free Secured Parking

the host was very responsive and friendly. the location is superb, just a couple of minutes from central pedestrians street and a nice park. rooms are very nice and spacious, including A/C in all spaces. the appartment is very friendly to big families, as it is well equiped with extra sofas, leaving room with TV and large dining table that can accomodate family of 8. it also has 2 toilets which is a very good bonus for a big family. the host also took care and provided us a nice baby crib (thanks!). The kitchen has all appliances you need, including a good coffee (cappuccino!) machine.

appartment has only two notticable flaws: 1. main one is the bad condition of the shower/toilet room. it is really not a good feeling to take a shower there (old doors difficult to close, no proper ventilation, a bit of mold, no handle hanger, booth door poorly installed and water splashes out need to be absorbed by a mop). i must say that its significancy for the staying experience is individual issue. for one (the woman, in our case :-) it might ruin the whole experience, while for the other- it's just a 10min shower and it works... 2. wooden floor is pretty creaky in the leaving room and little creaky in the bedroom. challenging to walk when others are sleeping. however, it does make the spaces feeling cosy/"warmy", so if you're not anoyed by the noise it might be even "a thing" for you. note: if you come by car, there's no simply convinient parking around. we had a big car that could not be even parked in the host's payed parking spot some ~10-15min walk from there. workable solution that i used: i parked just near the building (city street parking. payed Monday-Sat, 8:30-18:30), downloaded the paying app and payed by the hour (1Eur per Hr. worth it!). every 2 Hrs you have to wait 15 min untill it lets you pay again. i assumed small probability that inspector will come in these minutes. worked for me.
